I think it's time to carry on with introducing some special people I've seen on stage. This time James Mackie. He is currently doing Disney's Tarzan in Germany.
At first like it did before - if you don't know him, here are some information: He had his professional training at Laine Theatre Arts and did shows like "Sleeping Beauty" & "Peter Pan". And as I mentioned before - he is Cross Swing in Tarzan since 2013, at first in Hamburg and since November 2013 in Stuttgart.
At first I have to say that I've seen James quite often on stage...More than 10 times, the only Swings with more shows is Sam and that's just because I asked him before I booked the tickets...and I have to say that James was off for some months due to injury. So I think it's really special that I've seen him so often now.
My two favourite tracks with him were the moth and as a fern. The show with him as moth was in december& at first I was concentrated on the ferns but then I looked at the moth and I was impressed...he was absolutely mindblowing & with Joe definitely the best moth I've seen so far. And he's also as fern really incredible. I started realising him more and more because of his moves & his great performance. I was so impressed and this was definitely one of the most grandisoes performances I've seen.
Just to inform you - Sam was fern too and I really didn't look at him anymore - the people who know me should be shocked right now haha. And it was also great that I could see him during the expedition for the first time...I loved the scene when Thorsten felt over the chair next to him. And not to forget a fascinating Jungle Funk performance...he's an outrageous dancer & always nice and kind & I'm so happy that he stays in the show for one more year.
